CMF Phone 1 Teaser: Rear Panel Design Revealed Ahead of Debut

CMF Phone 1, the highly anticipated smartphone from CMF by Nothing, is set to make its debut soon. The UK-based startup, led by OnePlus Co-Founder Carl Pei, has officially confirmed the moniker and teased a key design element of the upcoming device. Here’s what we know so far:

Design Teaser

In a recent post on X, CMF by Nothing shared a teaser image of the CMF Phone 1. The image reveals an orange faux-leather panel on the rear, giving the phone a distinct and stylish look. 

Notably, the panel features a circular dial placed in one corner, reminiscent of the dial found on the CMF Buds charging case. While the purpose of this dial remains unknown, it adds an intriguing touch to the design

Specifications (Leaked)

Although specific details are scarce, leaks suggest that the CMF Phone 1 will sport the following specifications:

  • Display: A 6.7-inch 120Hz OLED screen with thick bezels.
  • Processor: Powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC.
  • RAM: Expected to come with 6GB RAM.
  • Storage: Likely to offer 128GB and 256GB of UFS 2.2 onboard storage.
  • Charging: Supports 33W fast charging.
  • Interface: Notably absent is the Glyph interface found on other Nothing smartphones, including the Phone 2a

Entry-Level Offering?

While the exact pricing remains unconfirmed, earlier leaks hinted that the CMF Phone 1 could be an entry-level smartphone, possibly priced around Rs. 12,000 in India. However, the company is yet to officially announce its plans for an Indian launch
