The third week of October has been quite eventful, with several smartphones being released throughout the week. Infinix launched its first foldable smartphone, Zero Flip, a clamshell-style foldable, this week in India.

Besides this, many more phones were released, including the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G, Vivo Y300 Plus, and Realme P1 Speed. In this article, we’ll look at every phone that was released in the third week of October in India and elsewhere. 

Samsung Galaxy A16 5G (India)

The Samsung Galaxy A16 launched in India on October 18th and comes as the first mid-range A Series phone with six years of OS upgrades.

Infinix Zero Flip (India)

The Infinix Zero Flip launched in India on October 17th and is the first foldable phone the company. It has a clamshell-style design and is currently the most affordable foldable available under Rs 50,000.

October 15th saw Realme launch the P1 Speed in India. As the name suggests, the Realme P1 Speed has a special focus on speed and performance.

More launches

Besides this, Honor and OPPO launched their phones in China this week. The OPPO K12 Plus comes as an elder sibling to the vanilla OPPO K12. It’s a rebranded version of the OnePlus Nord CE4. 

Lastly, the Honor X60 series also made its debut in China as a successor to the Honor X50 lineup that launched last year. The Honor X60 family includes two members: the vanilla Honor X60 and the Honor X60 Pro.
