Oppo launched the Find X8 series and is now preparing the Reno13 midrangers for China. Apparently, the company is also bringing an entry-level smartphone called Oppo A5 Pro, as the phone appeared on TENAA.
The phone has model number PKP110 and is listed on the Chinese regulatory website with a photo revealing a circular camera island. There will be two shooters – 50 MP main and 2 MP auxiliary, while the selfie snapper will have a 16 MP sensor.
Oppo equipped the A5 Pro with a 6.7” display with Full HD+ resolution, and it might have an AMOLED panel with a fingerprint scanner underneath. TENAA does not list the chipset, but it confirms the A5 Pro will have a 2.5 GHz CPU. Memory-wise, we are looking at 8/12 GB RAM and 256/512 GB storage.
This phone’s TENAA status means a launch is imminent. Oppo usually launches its A series in Southeast Asian markets, so it is not unlikely that the A5 Pro will go international.
