Oppo is launching Reno13 and Reno13 Pro next week on November 25. A recent rumor claimed that both will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8300 SoC, and now this has been confirmed through a Geekbench run done by prototypes of both the upcoming smartphones.
The Reno13 has model number PKM110, and the prototype running on Geekbench 6.2 had 12GB of RAM and Android 15 (with ColorOS 15 on top, no doubt). The Reno13 Pro reportedly has the model number PKK110 and the prototype spotted on Geekbench had 16GB of RAM and ran Android 15. Certainly more memory options could be offered.

Interestingly, a tipster on To separate from. Other smartphone manufacturers do similar things by adding things like “Ultra” or “Pro” to the name of the SoC, trying to highlight some big difference that is never confirmed in actual benchmarks or real-life testing.
