The Honor 300 series is confirmed to launch in China on December 2 and will consist of at least three devices, with the 300 Ultra being the new top-dog in Honor’s number series, followed by the Honor 300 Pro and Honor 300.
The 300 Pro has now appeared on Geekbench as the Honor AMP-AN00 with a mysterious Qualcomm chip. Going by the description, it seems like an underclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. The listing shows the prime core clocked at 3.05 GHz (instead of 3.30 GHz) along with 5x larger cores @ 2.96 GHz and 2x the efficiency units @ 2.04 GHz. The device achieved a single-core score of 2,141 and a multi-core score of 6,813 in the listing.
The listing also confirms 16GB of RAM and Android 15, possibly with MagicOS 9.0 on top.
Based on the latest rumors, the Honor 300 Pro will launch with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, 50MP main and 50MP telephoto cameras, and a 5,300 mAh battery with 100W wired and 66W wireless charging. The phone is also confirmed to feature IP68 ingress protection, NFC, and an IR port.
