Nothing’s sub-brand, CMF, is set to launch its new device, the CMF Phone 1, on July 8. Despite the official release date, numerous leaks have emerged, suggesting that the device will feature high-end specifications. It is anticipated to be priced at around Rs. 20,000 in India.

The CMF Phone 1 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, paired with either 6GB RAM and 128GB storage or 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The device will run on Android 14, with a promise of two years of security updates and three years of software updates. Additionally, the storage can be expanded up to 2TB via a MicroSD card.

According to Yogesh Brar (@heyitsyogesh), the CMF Phone 1 will sport a 6.7-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and 800 nits brightness. It will include an in-display fingerprint sensor for added security. The phone’s camera setup features a 50MP primary rear camera with a depth sensor and optical image stabilization (OIS), and a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies.

The device will also have a 5,000mAh battery, supporting 33W wired fast charging. Its design will include a manual rotating dial on one corner and customizable, replaceable rear panels. It has received an IP52 rating for dust and water resistance.

The CMF Phone 1 is set to be unveiled in India on July 8, 2024, alongside the new CMF Buds Pro 2 and Watch Pro 2.
