HMD is apparently getting ready to launch a new flip phone. This will be called HMD Icon Flip 1, and its specs have been leaked today along with the images you can see in the X post embedded below.
The phone will have a 2.8-inch main (inner) screen, a 1.7″ outer display, a 2 MP fixed-focus camera, and a 1,500 mAh removable battery. As you may have gathered by this point, this is not a smartphone – it’s a featurephone running S30+ with support for cloud apps.

It has 48MB of RAM and 128MB of storage and is powered by the Unisoc T127 chipset. It supports 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, and has a 3.5mm headphone jack. The HMD Icon Flip 1 will be offered in Magenta, Bleen, and Glossy Black.
Basically this seems like an ever so slightly updated, spec-wise, version of the Nokia 2660 Flip launched back in 2022, but (of course) without the Nokia brand and with the typical HMD bold color scheme (with black being the savior for those who can’t tolerate HMD’s pinks).
It’s unclear when this new phone will launch exactly or how much it will cost, but obviously don’t expect it to be expensive given what’s on offer here.
