Alongside the OPPO Find X8 series launch today, the brand also announced the global rollout of ColorOS 15 for compatible devices.
The Android 15-based software version will be released starting this month. It was revealed in China last month and the international rollout roadmap is quite different than the home market.
Plenty of devices in the company’s portfolio across various series are set to get the latest software update.
ColorOS 15 global rollout schedule
- The Android 15-based ColorOS 15 update is rolling out to OPPO’s Find N, Reno, F, and K-series phones globally.
- Three devices will be updated this month while eleven will receive the update in December.
- Notably, among smartphones, two tablets will be getting ColorOS 15 version next month.
- Meanwhile, the first quarter of 2025 i.e. January to March will see eight OPPO phones being updated to the latest version.
- In the second quarter of 2025, the update will roll out to six devices.

- It’s worth noting that the rollout schedule could vary depending on the market region.
- ColorOS 15 has various customisation features, enhanced performance, and seamless connectivity between OPPO and Apple devices. It also packs OPPO’s AI features by integrating Gemini 1.5 Pro and Gemini 1.5 Flash.
- ColorOS 15 is also confirmed to introduce Google’s Circle to Search and Gemini Live as its native digital assistant.
