The OPPO Find X8 series has been made official in China. It includes two phones — OPPO Find X8 and Find X8 Pro. These are the first phones to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset. The Find X8 series also comes with Android 15-based ColorOS 15 out of the box. OPPO has also confirmed the Find X8 series will launch in global markets soon.

- OPPO Find X8 starts at CNY 4,199 (Rs 49,615 approx) for the base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It comes in a total of five variants.
- The Find X8 Pro has a starting price of CNY 5,299 (Rs 62,613 approx) for the base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The Pro model is also available in five variants.
- The OPPO Find X8 series comes in black, white, and blue colours. The Find X8 has a pink colour option as well.
- OPPO has launched the Find X8 series only in China for now but it’s confirmed to launch globally.

- Display: OPPO Find X8 features a 6.59-inch flat 1.5K AMOLED LTPO panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Pro model has a slightly bigger 6.78-inch 2K micro-curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Both phones come with 4,500 nits peak brightness.
- Processor: Both phones are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset.
- Cameras: The vanilla OPPO Find X8 gets a 50MP wide-angle camera, a 50MP Hasselblad portrait camera, and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. The Pro model has the same camera setup along with an additional 50MP telephoto camera with 6x optical zoom. For selfies, both phones feature a 32MP front camera.
- Battery, charging: The OPPO Find X8 has a 5,630mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W magnetic wireless charging support. The Pro model has a slightly larger 5,910mAh battery with the same charging capabilities.
- Software: The Find X8 series runs on Android 15 with ColorOS 15 out of the box.

OPPO Find X8 series: what’s new?
The new OPPO Find X8 phones succeed the Find X7 series with an upgraded design and hardware. OPPO has moved away from the curved display for a micro-curved screen on the Find X8 Pro. Both phones also feature flat edges and an alert slider on the right side. In terms of hardware, the OPPO Find X8 series is powered by the latest flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset.
The new Find X8 phones also come with an IP69 rating, the highest ever for smartphones. OPPO has also increased the batteries from 5,000mAh up to 5,910mAh on the Find X8 series.
