Qualcomm is ready to announce a new processor. The chipmaker has set a Snapdragon event in China later this week. Although the exact name of the upcoming SOC has not been revealed, it is expected to be Snapdragon 8S Elite. The chipset will be the successor of Snapdragon 8S General 3 which began in March 2024. It will also be a snatched version of the more powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite declared in October.
