Samsung is a domestic name for smartphones, smart TVs and even a soundbar that enhances your home entertainment experience. It has the same reputation in computing with the Galaxy Book Series of Laptops that have many enhancements designed to increase productivity and entertainment. The latest version of the series is The Galaxy Book 5, which is available in 2 variants-Book 5 Pro with a touchscreen and 360-degree display Book 5 Pro 360. I have the Standard Book 5 Pro (non -360). Let’s see how this machine performs and it is right for?

Design, construction and connectivity
Closing things with design, we have a very minimal design for a boardroom with classrooms. This is the gunmetal gray finish throughout the laptop, making it look quite elegant. The lid “Samsung” is written in a contemplative silver color that reflects light like a prism, adding a unique touch. Raise the lid, and you are congratulated with a 14 -inch AMOLED touchscreen display.
Kaj is strong, with minimal vobbal for the display. You can lift the lid with a finger without staggering the laptop, which is a will for the construction quality and overall weight distribution of the machine.
Going to the keyboard, it is large and the keys are well spread, which gives you a good typing experience. If you need a lot of typing for your work, this keyboard will not disappoint. It has a good amount of travel and response for comfort. The keyboard is backlit, and you have three brightness settings for backlighting. The power button also doubles as a fingerprint reader, which combines a layer of security. Sticking with safety, laptop supports Windows Hello, but does not have a physical shutter for webcams.
Moving forward to the trackpad, it is quite large, smooth for touch and supports standard multitches that we expect from modern Windows laptops. You can adjust the sensitivity of the trackpad in settings; In everyday use, it is very smooth to use. I personally turned off the physical right click and used 2 fingers taps to click on the tap, as the gestures and taps are very accurately recognized on the laptop.
Overall, the construction of laptops is strong with its aluminum manufacturing. The contour edges not only make it easier to move without a case, but also for a long period of typing.
The laptop house 2 is the left of the Thunderbolt Port and HDMI port, while on the right is a USB port, headphone-MIC Combo Jack and Card Reader. Under the laptop, there is an intake of fresh air to keep the laptop cool, and while 4 rubber legs are kept high, I would not recommend keeping it on bed for a very long time. If you like to consume the ingredients on the bed, you can consider the Galaxy Book 5Pro 360 as you can propose on the bed in tent mode for long use.

Once you go OLED, no one is going back, and Samsung has been the king of a display in smartphones, TVs and laptops in that regard. The Galaxy Book 5 Pro 14-inch 16:10 WQXGA+ (2880 x 1800) comes with the AMOLED Touchscreen display that looks gorgeous and is very good to consume the material. If you are cutting the material in the middle of the night, I recommend going to the laptop settings and switching to HDR for the best experience. This is really sublime. The 16:10 aspect ratio gives you a little more headroom to scroll through documents, excel sheets and websites. When watching movies on streaming services, you get a little thick black strips at the top and down, but after a few hours, you get used to it. This is probably the only cone of being a 16:10 display. Talking about the opposition, my only other problem with OLED display is how reflective it is. So if you have a light source that reflects on direct performance, you may want to perform your seating position to ensure that you may get the best experience.
In addition, the performance is a dream to work and consume on the material. Films look stunning with deep blacks and accurate skin tones, and even typing everyday works such as typing and working on a spreadsheet. The fresh rate is 120Hz, making it smooth for productivity, social media and general use.
The laptop has a touchscreen display, and when I do not like to touch the display (for fingerprints and smele reasons), I found it quite convenient to use to scroll through my social media, long PPT and documents and more. If you use the touchscreen very much, know that it is responsible for the lightest touch (a good way), and the pinch to zoom also works while looking at some gradation and data.
Audio

Moving forward to the performance of the real world, this laptop gave me 1.5 days of heavy productivity and some entertainment, which was about 16 hours, which is very good. Samsung ecosystem

Gambling
We play GTA V And Dramatic To see on the laptop how well it works for casual gaming, and the device did not disappoint. We recorded an average of 53 FPS in GTA V and 175 FPS in Valorent. For Settings, for GTA V, we played the game with MSAA set with 4X on 4X, and anisotropic filtering set on X16. For Valorent, we played the game at a high level with MSAA set. To keep things in perspective, HP Omnibuk ran the GTAV on an average of 49 FPS (with the same settings).

The AMOLED display is amazing to consume the material, and the 16:10 aspect ratio gives you a little more real estate for productivity. The 120Hz refresh rates interact with the touchscreen display butter smooth.
