Samsung officially teased an upcoming slim phone from the Galaxy S25 series, named the Galaxy S25 Edge at the Galaxy Unpacked Event. While Samsung did not disclose imagination and other details about the phone, its alleged camera specifications and screen security details have surfaced online. Let’s see them down.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Camera Speaks, Screen Protection
- As Pandflash On X, the Galaxy S25 Edge may have a 200MP primary camera and a 12MP ultravide snapper.
- In comparison, the Galaxy S25 Ultra also has a 200MP main sensor with f/1.7 aperture, multi-Directional PDAF and OIS support and 50MP Ultravide shooter. Regular S25 has a 50MP primary camera and a 12MP ultravide snapper (between other sensors).

Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S25 Edge in April 2025. However, there is no word about the same from the company. However, Samsung’s rivals are also expected to launch thin phones in the coming months.
Other thin phones on the way
- Apple is rumored to announce the iPhone 17 Air this year. This can be just 5.5 mm thick and carry a 3,000–4,000mAh battery, a single 48MP rear camera and 5G ESIM (with in-house modem). This can change the plus model from the iPhone lineup and can cost about $ 900 (about 77,900 rupees).
