The Samsung Galaxy S25 series was officially announced at the company’s Unpacked event in San Jose. CaliforniaSamsung’s new flagships are powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. This time, all three models come with Qualcomm chipset and are available in all markets including India. Samsung has now also removed the 8GB memory variant with 12GB as the only option. Samsung Galaxy S25 series US price, availability
- The Galaxy S25 price starts at $799.99 while the S25+ will be available from $999.99. The price of Galaxy S25 Ultra starts at $1299.99.
- The Galaxy S25 Ultra will be available in Titanium Silverblue, Titanium Black, Titanium Whitesilver, and Titanium Grey.
- The Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ will be available in Navy, Silver Shadow, IceBlue and Mint colors.
- The Galaxy S25 series will be available for pre-order in the US starting today and will begin shipping on February 7.
- All three phones will come with 6 months of Google’s Gemini Advanced and 2TB cloud storage.

Samsung Galaxy S25 series: what’s new?
The Galaxy S25 series replaces last year’s Galaxy S24 lineup with incremental upgrades and more AI. The 12MP ultra-wide camera has been upgraded to a new 50MP camera. Samsung has also included more camera-specific AI features like Audio Eraser that removes unwanted noise in videos and Virtual Aperture that gives users control over depth of field.
Google’s Circle Two Search, which debuted on the Galaxy S24 series, has been upgraded to the S25 series. It can now instantly recognize phone numbers, emails and URLs on your screen.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra has rounded edges as opposed to the sharp corners of the S24 Ultra. This will result in the phone being more comfortable to hold. That being said, the new model has a slightly larger display on the S25 Ultra, going from 6.8-inches to 6.9-inches. Samsung has also refreshed the colors for all phones, replacing purple and yellow with blue and mint.
