The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra launch is expected to happen in early 2025. We recently came across alleged cases of the lineup, showing off the design. While initial reports claimed the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset will exclusively power the series, we have spotted the Galaxy S25+ with Exynos 2500 on Geekbench. Now, it’s Galaxy S25 Ultra’s turn to appear on the platform. This is the second time the phone has been spotted on the platform in recent times but this time the scores are slightly better.

  • Interestingly, the clock speeds are also higher on the new model with 6 cores at 3.53GHz and 2 cores at 4.47GHz. In comparison, the US variant has 6 cores at 2.90Hz and 2 cores at 4.19GHz.
  • The Galaxy S25 Ultra could come with Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset that’s specially meant for Samsung flagships.
  • In comparison, the Galaxy S24 Ultra scored 2294 in the single-core round and 7191 in the multi-core round. This means there are major performance gains over the predecessor.
  • The phone packs 12GB RAM and boots Android 15 OS out of the box.

The reason for improved scores could be higher clock speed, performance optimisations, or improved heat management solutions.
