Now that the vivo Y300 Pro and Y300 Plus are both a thing, we are just waiting on the vanilla model. As far as we know, the Y300 5G will be unveiled on November 21 in India.
The phone has now popped up in a live photo in two colors. These seem to be two of the three available colors. The leak also includes an alleged price tag of INR 19,999. We aren’t sure if that includes any cashback deal, though, or if it is the actual MSRP.
Rumors hint that the Y300 5G will be a version of the Indonesian vivo V40 Lite. If that is the case, the vivo Y300 will come with the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC, up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage, and Android 14-based Funtouch OS 14. It will pack a 6.67″ FullHD+ 120Hz AMOLED screen with a fingerprint scanner underneath and a 5,000 mAh battery under the hood with 80W charging support. The smartphone will feature three cameras – 50MP primary, 8MP ultrawide, and 32MP selfie. It should also come with an IP64 rating and stereo speakers.
The 80W charging speed part seems to be confirmed by the leak.
