Following the launch of the Vivo Y300 Pro and Vivo Y300 Plus recently, the smartphone brand is preparing to unveil the vanilla Vivo Y300. While the company has yet to reveal details officially, a new report reveals the India launch timeline, colour variants, and other key features of the Vivo Y300. Here are the expected details of the upcoming Y-series smartphone.

- While the exact date hasn’t been revealed yet, a report by MySmartPrice suggests that the vanilla Vivo Y300 will be unveiled in India by the end of November 2024.
- Citing a source, the report mentions that it will flaunt a titanium-inspired design and will be available in three colours – Titanium Silver, Emerald Green, and Phantom Purple.
Vivo Y300 camera, charging specs (expected)
- The Vivo Y300 is said to feature a Sony IMX882 portrait camera along with an AI Aura Light. To recall, the Vivo Y300 has a 64MP main camera and a 2MP secondary camera.
- Furthermore, in terms of charging speeds, the upcoming Vivo Y300 might flaunt 80W fast charging support, which would be an upgrade from 44W fast charging support.
The India launch of the Vivo Y300 is imminent as the phone already appeared on the BIS certification. While no other details are known regarding the upcoming smartphone, it will likely be manufactured locally, as a recent report suggests that the address of the manufacturer listed in its certification points to a facility in Uttar Pradesh. Notably, Vivo operates a manufacturing plant in Greater Noida.
The predecessor, Vivo Y200, was launched in India at a starting price of Rs 21,999 last year. It comes with a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipset, and a 4,800mAh battery with 44W fast charging. Similar specs and pricing can be expected for the Vivo Y300.
